The brief is to create a promotion package for the realses of an album which includes a music promo video, together with two of the following options:

a website homepage for the band;

a cover for its release as part of the digipak (CD/DVD package);

a magazine advertisement for the digipak (CD/DVD package).

At A2 the quality of your work has to be done to a higher standard in comparison to AS where the tecnical and conceptual aspects werent as advanced. For A2 I am expected to produce a main task as well as two other media products that are done to a proffessional standard for the media industry.
The ancilliary task will also give me the opportunity to develop skills useful for producing the music video, however the website should also be presented well. I have decided to work on my own for A2 so I must ensure that as well as production, the research, planning and evaluation is clealy thoughout anf presented.

The overall A2 unit is out of 100 marks.
