From the feedback I recieved as a whole, I realised that my main issue was the actual protaginist herself. Despite her being beautiful and looking the part for the pop genre, she did not seem passionate enough for the energetic rhythem of the song. I also found that her lip singing wasn't that good as it seemed as if she wasn't singing. From this I decided that for my final cut I would use a different female protaginist. From this I found that my other actress was able to perform to the song better. I will try to keep most of my ideas the same for the final cut, however I think I should stick to a performance based song rather than narrative and perfomance, so it looks less cliche in places.
