Camera Angle, shot type and move ment:

Wide shot/Establishing shot – Where the setting and location are shown and the frame allows a lot of space to be shown.

Mid shot/ two shot – Shows the top half of a person and not to near to be a close up. A two shot shows two people which is usually taken through a mid-shot.

Aerial shot – A view from directly overhead to get a clear view. A crane shot is usually necessary to achieve this (sometimes called a bird’s eye shot)

Extreme close up – A close up camera shot, particularly of an actor’s face, showing prominent detail and facial expressions as a means of creating intimacy and audience engagement with the thoughts and emotions of the character.

Long shot – A distance shot where the camera is a long way from the subjects being filmed. A long shot can be useful in establishing shot that sets the scene for the action and roles in the viewer.

Low angle shot – A shot where the camera approaches a subject from below eye level. This low angle shot can emphasize the size of the object being filmed and add to a point of view perspective.

Pan – Camera action involving gently moving the camera 180 degrees across the subject in a horizontal movement.

Tilt – A camera movement that involves moving the camera vertically up and down from a fixed position.

At this point in the song, Katy is spinning and the car she is standing infront of her shatters and disperses in the air around her.	Katy Perry - Unconditional Throughout this song there is a number of sequences where Green screen has been used to add effects. In this shot sparks are falling. What is effective about this is the mise en scene where Katy's costume to is very rich and gold which compliments the sparks and builds a specific atmosphere.	Selena Gomez - Heart wants ... The whole song is set in black and white which is useful to emphasize the meaning of the song, where she is talking about a relationship she can't help but be in. By having the song in black and white the video is focused more on the meaning of the lyrics, and we can see more clearly the emotions presented.
Katy Perry - Firework This effect is relevant to the song title and what the lyrics is actually addressing. The song follows a narrative which starts with various occasions where people are afraid to be themselves or caught up in a situation, but as the song progresses we see the characters spark. A green screen could be used to create this effect.	Taylor Swift - Style There are two interesting effects in this shot. One being the projection behind Taylor. Here a video has been recorded separately and being played behind her which combines the two sequences in one. Also, the eye colours have been changed so that one is blue and one is green. This could have been changed in Photo shop.	Katy Perry - The one that got away This is a linear wipe effect where the same person appears within the same frame twice. It creates a double act affect where the old version of Katy meets the younger version of Katy as if they are looking back at everything that has happened through the different stages of her life.
